Kaffir lime is a citrus fruit native to tropical Southeast Asia.They are used in Southeast Asian cuisine and its essential oil is used in perfumery. The fruit is rough and green, and ripens to yellow; it is distinguished by its bumpy exterior and its small size.

Pandan is a herbaceous tropical plant that grows in Southeast-Asia. Pandan leaf is used to lend a unique taste and aroma to some savory dishes, but mainly it is used to flavor desserts and some drinks due to its naturally sweet taste and soft aroma.

Banana leaves are the leaves of the banana plant. The large green, slightly ridged leaves do not get eaten. The leaves are used to wrap food in and are used as decoration.

Baby corn, also known as young corn or baby sweetcorn is a cereal grain taken from corn harvested early while the stalks are still small and immature. It typically is eaten whole. It is deliciously tender and has a crunchy bite with a subtle sweet Flavor.

Asparagus have straight upright fleshy spears and are light green. The head of the asparagus spear is usually firm and closed. Asparagus have a delicate flavor and crunchy.
